1. WHY A MASTERCLASS WITH Alena Šeredová AND GIOVANNI GASTEL
It will be an opportunity to
bring to action “the art of communicating beauty” in a real yet theatrical
context, as in a reality show, which makes it a particular event in itself: a
live performance of photography, makeup and styling that will show the audience
how the mastery of a good photographer can elevate the makeup and clothes
chosen to enhance a celebrity’s personality.
2. OBJECTIVE
The objective is to put
together a qualified and stable team so that the artistic and didactic characteristics
of the event can be continued through the main fashion capitals, from Milan to
Paris, London, Dubai and New York.
This event is particularly
focused on makeup artistry, but similar events with a different focus may possibly
be organized with the same team.
The intention is to stimulate
an audience that shares artistic interests and is familiar
with the art of
photography,
makeup,
hair styling,
fashion styling
and not only...
3. FOCUS
To perform a live fashion &
beauty editorial with a celebrity and a team of professionals that will at the
appropriate time execute their roles and vision, eventually interacting with
the audience.

5. PROGRAM
h 9:00/9:30 Welcome coffee – there
will be a specific space with coffee, hot tea and water for those who want.
Each participant will receive an exclusive folder
and pencil with information about the Beauty Icon Masterclass and eventual Hair
and Beauty partners.
Seats will be assigned and recognizable in each
category. Over each seat will be placed a beauty bag according to the type of
ticket.
VIP, EXCLUSIVE, REGULAR and STANDARD participants will
be recognizable by specific bracelets given in the event entrance that will
correspond to their assigned seats.
h 9:30/10:00 Opening session of the
Masterclass with Letizia Maestri. She will present guest star Alena Šeredová, photographer
Giovanni Gastel, stylist Lucio Colapietro and hairstylist Martin.
h 10:00/11.45 Simultaneous Hair and Make
Up execution, as often happens in real shootings. Meanwhile, a Hair or Makeup
expert partner will comment and explain the process.
There will be Hair and Beauty partners’ display
tables on set to present their products and leave them at the professionals’
disposal.
h 11.45/12:00 Fitting (morning) – The
stylist will dress up Alena and explain the clothing choice.
h 12:00/13:00 Shooting (morning) – beauty
shoot with photographer Giovanni Gastel and Alena Šeredová – 20/22 printed
copies of one of the first photos will be given to the VIP participants during
the cocktail party. The photos can be possibly signed depending on the
photographer.
h 13:00/14:00 Lunch break –
h 14.00/15.15 Opening of afternoon
Masterclass – night version of makeup and hairstyle, with question-and-answer
session between participants and professionals.
h 15.15/15.30 Night out outfit, with
question-and-answer session between participants and professionals.
h 15:30/17:00 Shooting – event closing with
question-and-answer session between participants and professionals
(photographer, makeup artist, stylist and hair stylist).
h 17:00/17.30 Closing Session – At the exit, participants will receive a ‘Beauty
Icon Masterclass’ branded shopper bag with their certificate of attendance.
h 17:30/ 19:00 Cocktail
party for people in a parallel studio with Photocall and the
distribuition of printed photos to 20/22 VIP participants.
In the Cocktail room there will be a display table
with products and the eventual presence of an expert from 17:00/19:00.
